I have purchased Spykar leather jacket on December 2016 (exactly month not remember) from your spykar outlet at Buxibazar, Cuttack, Orissa. and that outlet employees are very well known to me because I am fan of Spykar product and am a regular buyer of the products. The jacket was well maintained but all of a sudden I found it now as it is not wearable because the jacket skin is coming out. I couldn't attached photos on this site, other wise you can get the status of jacket. I had discussed with your marketing manager Mr. Ajeet Pandey and he told me to send photos and bill through your outlet counter. Accordingly I have submitted at your outlet at Buxibazar, Cuttack, Orissa. But your Manager denied to replace it. So now am requesting to uphold your integrity with replacement of the product. Otherwise you will loose the genuine customer and family. Also it will force me to publish in social media against your products. Will be waiting for your positive reply. Plz do contact: 9523097060.
