Dear Support,
I have recently visited your outlet at the Hyderabad Airport . The shoe size is was not available at that particular store so they said it will be delivered to my addesss with my shoe size . I received my Shoes today but it has a defect how a reputed brand like yours can do such a blunder and the defective is also visible

I recently purchased shoes from your outlet at the shoppers stop fun mall Lucknow.I wore the shoes 1month and the sole cracked and there is a big hole now in the shoe.
I have no clue how to get them replaced as i don't have the bill
I have spent good inr 4000.
Same time i have purchased a pair of flats for my sister same happened to that also.
Worst experience with tresmode.
