I stay at Kolhapur & the product has been purchased from Pune. The Charger wire which plugs the main equipment is non functional. The equipment can't be used as same is not charged. Please guide me.

The radio developed problem within minutes of its first operation. The customer care executive told yesterday19.10.2018) that my complaint would be registered.
Should I rely on him because I haven't yet received any communication, not even acknowledgement of my complaint. My mob no as well as email id was noted by the customer care executive.

I purchased carvaan 'who 1183013103296 on 17th April, 2018. Since then there has been a noisy and disturbing sound overlapping the prevailing songs marring my happiness as well as your reputation. I contacted Mr. Rahul Kumar about two months ago and he promised to send an engineer to look into the matter, but none has turn up till date. Today I have rang him and just has told a single word,OK, and prefers to not respond at my repeated phone calls like a very indecent manner.

i have purchased caravan a few months ago and but there is continuous problem in its battery, mechanic came from company side and told me that its a crash of motherboard and also usb port dislocates (for which i reported) and company will replace this, since then i mailed and called them so many times. Every time they say sorry an assure to solve the matter with in 24-48 hrs..from last 2 months they are doing the same,,dont know when anyone come for replace or repair from company side...very disappointing service..serial no BR 1217201457300
