Myself amd my friend bought two sarigama radio sets and both are not working. Your service call centre person is blunt and cutting the call without replying. He is insisting me to speak in Hindi.
I called sarigama Chennai number and they inturn informed us to call the call centre. Why you are not taking responsibilty for your product?

Dear Sir,
As per complaint no 336614 my product saregma carvaan mini Hindi is working badly and I register a complaint so one man came and Check product and he says it not be repaired . So he said one man came and pickup the product for exchange the product but after so many days service not provided by company and product not picked up yet after so many calls do myself.
So kindly request you finally take it seriously and do needful if you can't reach to me then refund me my product in warranty condition.

Sir, the problem in caravan is the pin of charging. It's not stable. I had to hold the wire for charging. Even the wire is not working. Please get it rectified. What is the process. Thanks.
