Transaction to IOCLDCLPG failed but amount debited by Vishal Kumar Gupta:

I attempted to book gas cylinder on 14th Jan, 2019 through Indane online portal using payment mode as UPI. The UPI transaction of Rs 709 was successful with UPI transaction ID 901411274147 but it transaction status shown at the Indane portal as failed. The booking was failed but money was debited from my bank account. Can you please check and start process of reversal of the debited amount back to my bank account.

On 21-4-2020 I had made an online payment for purchase on Flipkart. When I contacted Flipkart I was told that the amount was credited. I am sharing the message received from by banker SBI.

Dear Support Team,
Paid an amount of Rs.1079/- for JBVNL (Jharkhand Bijli Vitrnal Nigam Limited) today from my Bajaj Fineserv RBL Bank Credit Card today, 19.08.2020 using payment gateway of Techprocess.
Amount already being deducted from my credit card but it's not being credited to JBVNL and transaction is shown as failed.
Please update on the above mentioned claim of Rs. 1079/- which is already being deducted from my account.
