The seal of the box was broken already.
There are scratches on the mobile screen.
There is no warranty card inside the box.
I would want to return the product and get a refund of my money.

Dated 01-05-2018 i booked 2 Redmi 4 mobile set, Order No.-OCD2EE9ADDEFA050DE & O80CED99D03F83FB08. Date 02-05-2018 i received both mobile set. But many types of problem i found in this mobile set- The seal of the box was broken already.

Dear gadget360 team,
Blackberry phone which received today is not promising.
it is having many gap which is disappointing for me & gadget360 as well.
1, Box was open, not company sealed.
2, charged is not New & genuine, other used charged is given.
3, head phone is also not new & genuine, other local brand used head phone given in box.
4, Battery which was in box were also used one, it was having dent, dust & showing much heating on use.
so much of gap seems cheated to customer, can any senior person look into & response to provide original/correct product for customer satisfaction. Otherwise it simply spoiling name of NDTV reality.
