I have bought one plus Nord ce2 phone from amazon on 03/03/2022. after 3 month my mobile is suddenly turned off and not working. then i gave mobile to one plus service center for mobile repairing but 1 month complete now . I didn't get any information related to mobile. when i call the help line and service center they are only said that the part is not there. i am facing lots of problem without mobile . daily i do complain but didn't get the reply from one plus side and service center.

Dear Oneplus Team,
Please see the details below as I have purchased the OnePlus Nord CE3 Lite (invoice attached) in the month of June'23 with my hard earned money. But I am very disappointed with this product, when I was using this mobile from the start it started hanging and then suddenly automatically locked and turned off. (Video attached) At first I thought it was an application problem, I reinstalled them and restarted the phone several times but the problem still remains. I observe whenever I use this phone this problem is the same all the time. I am really surprised my new phone has so many problems. This is oneplus phone quality. Can I recommend it to anyone further when I am getting these issues in the new phone... I am using this phone. I hesitate to do this in front of my friends and family as it turns off automatically which is embarrassing for me..due to this problem I have stopped using the phone in public places as it is very annoying. i tried to call customer care no but everyone asked for repairing the phone .That's why I think it's time to go to the consumer court bcoz i don't want to get my new phone repaired as it has already started malfunctioning, so who will be responsible once the warranty expires? Hence please replace or refund this defective product on an immediate basis and kindly revert.

Dear sir,
I have been using mobile phones of many models of your company since last two-three years. One of which is the mobile 8T model. In which every time I update my mobile for the last 3 months. There is a line like line in it. While there is no external breakage in my mobile. And in this condition when I went to my nearest service center, according to them I was told that maintenance will cost money. But it is not about money. If we use 20000-40000 phone of a company and it gives this type of service then the trust is broken. The only purpose of my mailing is that if there is such type of service that mobile has to be thrown away in 2-3 years, then I should sell Nord CE2, 8T and 10R and buy another company's mobile. And again I would advise anyone not to buy oneplus mobile. I have attached picture please find it . Thank you for your kind service.
