I wanted to return to Abudabi on 20th of August from kochi. But unfortunately it got canceled.Am traveling with an infant an a 4 year old child. Her class will be reopened on sep 2nd and the infant wants to give vaccination by August itself. How can I get my flight rescheduled. It’s very difficult for me to travel from here as everywhere is stranded now.Still somehow I will reach Trivandrum if my ticket date is postponed to some other day between aug 25th to sep 2atleast.Please help me.

Dear sir, we have purchased two tickets under above PNR thru an agent mobile number +917306328084 Leny, passenger names are Mr Viswanathan Ellathu and Mrs Latha Viswanath. Due corona pandemic situation we are unable to travel and accordingly I have asked agent to cancel the ticket. Cancellation was confirmed by him. But refund not yet credited back to my account , saying not refunded by Etihad airways. I would appreciate if could kindly check your record whether it is refunded to his portal account or not. If not when can I expect this to to happen. I am a frequent traveller too. Request you to help me in this regard at the earliest. In case you need any more details please let me know.
