I have purchased something from Flipkart, delivery day and time was 14th April 2023 Friday,all day I waited for delivery and no one came/called for delivery,I tried to connect Ekart Custumer care, all the numbers doesn't exist,also delivery person doesn't pickup the call,once he picked up a call said to me till evening your product will be delivered to you,That commitment was useless,very disappointed from Flipkart/Ekart.
You should improve the service otherwise No one gonna trust you.
