I ordered mobile on Flipkart when the mobile arrived the delivery boy came to me with my product I send money through online M swip Courier service link in account 6999/-Deduction showing me payment successful but that amount didn't reached Flipkart company now also under process and the delivery boy didn't gave the product two days later delivery boy rejected my peoduct my amount didn't refunded plz rectify where is my money structed plz verify and refund my account

Hello, ekart logistics pickup exicutive took my myntra parcel which contains blue colour Pantaloons top from st. Anthony clinic thivim railway station sircaim goa on 28/012021 saying that code is not matching and he will check in his office and still if it's not matching he will return me back. But since now he didn't come to gave me my parcel and I received the message saying that it's failed to pick up.and I m not able to contact him because I don't have any contact information. Kindly do the needful. And how to contact that pickup boy.
