I ordered and received the glucometer Dr.morepen 'glucoOne' through snapdeal. But the meter display is not showing proper guidance and the switch is also not working. I just used one strip for checking purpose.

I bought the BP monitor model no BP 16, via flipkart couple of weeks before. Once it reaches the reading 100, it stopped and shows ERROR 4. Could not find any air leakages in the outer tube. I am from Tamil nadu. Is there any service center there ?
