I got my medical test from sir ganga Ram hospital yesterday..to my surprise they gave BUN levels in Renal test as 618.76 which is impossible as per doctors...when I called up the hospital thrice they said reports are fine..it was when I escalated the case that they agreed that bun levels are incorrect ..i mean this is pure case of medical negligence.. They had provided me two reports now one with incorrect data and one with correct one
.i think the details are in accurate ..iam 74 years old and Pl understand the trauma I went through ..i got an additional test done .i would need complete reimbursmentbof my amount as tests are unreliable
I will be constrained to raise it in.media and social forums in case the issue remains unresolved

My Grandmother admit ssrb building bed no. 2216B in this hospital.very delay service housekeeping .Many time call supervisor but not available bard girl within 3/4 hours every day and every time and spanj time after 10 o'clock/Day.

Today my wife went to see Dr Ish Anand , Neurologist in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in private OPD. She was given time 1110 hrs. The saw him at 1300 hrs. Problem is that an appointment is given after after every 5 mts where as doctor takes 10 to 15 mts for each patient , hence the choas. Pl look in to it and resolve this problem. All patients waiting were cribbing like hell. I apprised the doctor about it.

Yesturday we have received a call from admission deptt for admission of my daughter Disha Gupta undervDr AtulKakkar we request for booking of room in categiry 2 from 14/7/2018 admission deptt also confirm the same but today we want to confirm my room allotment she replied there is no allotment for room I have much surprised to know that my room has not been alloted before previous day she give confirmation of room Please look into the matter and replied us immediately in mr e mail and phone also

Today I admitted in emergency later at 2:30am security came and change my bed. After 5 minutes one of the front office staff came and started sleep on the same bed. I made a complaint but they told me night duty staffs are allowed to sleep for three hours. This was happened on August 14 2019 at 2:30 am. If u checking this mail, kindly make a round to emergency, u can see the staff still sleeping in patient's bed

One of your security guards ramesh chandra stopped me to offer namaz which takes not more than a minute in a very isolated corner of yourstaircases of third floor.My mother is the patient n and is admitted here in hdu respiratory..I want to know the rule where it iswritten that u can't pray to your God in hospital.I will wait for the reply.
