I was employed abroad from 2004 to 2019. In the COVID-19 spread time, I lost my job and had to return home land.
Being homeless for long, I had taken a home loan worth Rs. 10,00,000/- from Repco home finance in 2010 to purchase land and construct a home. The loan tenure was 10 years with a monthly EMI of 14000/-. I have paid all instalments upto 25/4/2021 amounting to Rs.9,33,000/- without any due.
I am living with my family of parents, sister, wife and a child. Both my parents are heart patients and my sister is handicapped. After I lost my job and returned home, I was hospitalised twice for suffering from stroke and is currently under treatment at Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. My present health status does not allow me to carry out jobs and struggling to support my family.
Recently, the above said Bank has issued notice for payment of pending amount of Rs. 7,34,792/- including interest for the default period.
Considering the above personal and family scenario, I humbly request your esteemed intervention for waiving the default amount as much as possible.

we are family from one of the great Old first cinema Hero of Tamil Nadu Namely ,
Late M.K. Thaiygaraja Bagvadhar .He is not only cinema hero but also he is supported to our government during 2nd world war/ He was contributed financially help /as well as protect our Soldiers for to stay at his palace time of . 2nd world war / help which money through acting and music concert. Prime Minister Late Pandit Jawarlal Nehru was invited to Late M.K. Thiyagaraja Bagwadhar for in politics. But he never join. Lastly our government has presented land at Trichy to Late M.K.Thiyagaraja Bahgwadr. NOw this land is there whith one of the DMK Present leader control Becasuse of this reason Where as present Government our Chief minister M.K. Stalin ignoring and till now does not want to give appointment to m.K.T family's family's for recognition . ADMK Government knows very well of this family. .Late M.K. Thiyagraja Bagvadhar (great first Hero of Tamil Nadu )have only one daughter aged 88 yrs and still she is alive hale and healthy. we request you to kindly justify / honor award to her, after necessary verification of this family Her father is rendered good social servicemen at the time of Independence day. if you invite us we feel proud of recognition by BJP.

I m a Chartered Accountant practising for the past 30 years
When I want to sell a property which I bought in 2015, Registration department refused to register it stating that Tamilnadu Housing Board NOC is required. When I bought the house after verifying all title &.approval formalities it is highly deplorable that I couldn't sell it now. I got a bank loan also against it. Having fixed my daughter's marriage I don't know how to resolve this issue. Kindly advise us as lot of residents are affected due to these atrocious attitude of govt departments
