Yesterday I had been to Logic Haldiram and had Paneer rice it has odd taste but I had bcoz I never had any doubt on Haldiram quality by night I had temperature and very bad food poisoning since yesterday .

I most of time visit your Malviya Nagar Delhi branch they never charge in round of amount but in bill amount in round of for example bill amount Rs 326 but they charge 326.21 why they charge 0.21 paisa extra please explain

I the costumer of haldirams namkeen wants to complaint about the prices of the namkeen at that it is sold. the price for 200gm namkeen is rupees 50 which is too much to afford and to buy the haldirams products reguraly so I request to you to please provide the products at very affordable rates so that everybody can buy your products that would increase the companys market value,

I bought Haldiram crushed peanuts today and while having it i had some peanuts which were really bad in taste but i thought it was normal so i did not bother. Then while having another peanut i realised the taste was worse and i took it out of my mouth and the moment i opened the peanuts it has fungus all over inside the peanut and was in black color this is really disgusting i am sure you would also not eat something which is bad in taste and which will look like this then how can you sell it to your customers why don’t you look properly while preparing it????????
I cant tell You the taste how bad it was and how scary it looked to my family……

On 28 August myself and my child had oreo chocolate cheesecake in Haldiram outlet in Smart Bharat Mall (earlier known as spice mall) sector 25 A, We both suffered from severe food poisoning.
We probably never ever visit your outlet or suggest any body to go. Its seems there is no proper quality control in your company.
