Sir, I have purchased Kelvinator refrigerator capacity storage 250 Ltrs,model KRF A290ISV/2020,from Reliance Digital, Vaishali nagar Jaipur on 26.1.2021 and the same was set and installed on 27.1.2021 by staff concerned,but unfortunately the refrigerator was switched off automatically on 14.2.2021,and on working till date.I have complain to Reliance Digital on 15.2.2021, but no proper action has been taken in this. Or not checked by company or nor replace the item. I am highly depressed due to new purchased Refrigerator condition and company behaviour.

I purchase Kelvinator AC on 3 rd april 2022 from brij electronics Bharatpur . after installation of ac it was not cooling from next day . i told dealer and also register complain on your toll free no .18008891045 with complain no. 8050835484 on date 11-04-2022 . i am continue facing issue not one take interest at my problem. i am very disappointed that purchase ac of kelvinator was it my mistake ? . sir it is very important that consumer problem short out in time . if you can that i am 100% sure that company can not good run from service part. i hope you will try to understand my problem and take action very soon .

Hi, I purchased a side by side refrigerator a week ago from reliance digital. The appliance was not on display, I was showed online by them, after I got it I noticed that the finish of the door brackets is silver, the rest of the fridge is black, it looks so cheap n spoils the whole show of the refrigerator. WE HAVE PURCHASED KELVINATOR SAC KAS-X18320B ON 18TH FEB'23. FROM THE BEGINING THERE WAS PROBLEM IN INDOOR MACHINE AND WE RAISED COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMAR CARE FOR MORE THAN 3 TIMES. IN SPITE OF 3 VISITS THE SAME PROBLEM IS PERSIST.
