Dear sir
I am a Engineer at Suncity parikrama sector- 20 Panchkula HR. Sir I am too disappointed with your working Teem they can't be tackled to solved VRV split AC problems even they didn't find them. At the of AC Installation your teem arrive at Site and suggested us which area AC would be best to installed. According to you're Site visits and suggested by you, Suncity makes orders to Daikin. After two months AC Installation done , then your engineer arrived at Site and he certified that's both VRV 6HP and 4HP outdoor ,indoor systems are working good. But with in three or four days i realised that some issues about remotes and AC are not working according to the needs, he was completely ignored my points. And after objurvation that's AC also not working. And I am giving so many companies to "Smartcool Aircondiner " and Daikin Customer service , after too much Complaint we get that your chandigarh area manager contact mr. Ranjeet Ji he personally visits at site and assumed the issue and assured me to with in two days the problems will be solved. But problems not solve at till dated.
After eight months(approx) later Complaint still pending. AC under warranty.
