I am 70 years old, and traveled 20 kms. on 23-06-2015,
since my Moto G2 was not giving the ringing tone.Our token No. ....77 was called around 5.20 P.M. and I approached the gentleman on counter 2, who refused to even touch the phone because I had only a sales copy and not the INVOICE. He said to come and deposit the phone for 24 hours the next day. On 25 morning my wife met a lady executive, and she repaired the phone in just 15 minutes.I think if you kept more courteous staff like her, I would have been spared all the harassment.

I really got frustrated using Moto G 2genration. At least 5 to 6 times the phone is restarting automatically every hour. My handset is only 6 months older and SD card is unmounted frequently. I again reset the SD card every time. And last not the least the pH is getting so hot u cannot believe it. Please help me. Frankly its my last Motorola smartphone I am using.

Hi,
My phone is not gettin charged by the charger or usb.When i am switching it off,it is getting charged by usb only.If i connect it to charger after switching off...it is restarting by itself...and i see some android shaped application running stating"commserver has started" but my phone doesn't show status as "charging".Please help.I purchased it last year from flipkart..i have the invoice copy if it helps.

Since one week sim2 is not working and sim1 sometimes shows network but for caller it will get switched off. Once I swicht off and on sim1 will work but sim2 is not at all working. Please suggest me what to do.
