I have got problem with phone there is mother board issue.and Bangalore, jayanagar, service center. very poor service. a of the worst centre.

hi i am Lavanya i am purchasing new Moto G4 plus cells phone 5 months back, but that cell phone its some time battery its full heat, and some time suddenly switch off per day 5 to 6 time switch off my mobile so plz Sujjest and accept my complaint and service my cell phone

I Bought Moto G4Plus last year' Dec'2016 by online. Handset often switched off despite 100% recharge.
Why this problem occurred. Also there was no Authorized Service center to get repaired.
It seems dumping faulty Handsets through online platform without proper details of Authorized Service Center. Why we have to suffer???

I bought Moto g4 plus phone in January 2017. Purchased through amazon.com
For the past one month am experiencing different problems.
I am listing out the problems....
1) screen starts shaking suddenly
2) Font size increases out of proportion on its own automatically.
3) Different apps start operating automatically.
4) While typing the message different letters get typed on their own.
5) Phone gets heated up too much.
And many more......
Please replace the phone.
