Dear sir. My Moto G mobile battery will charging 100'/. But within 30 minutes it will discharged. Please tell me what is the problem and what documents to be bring. I purchased in online Amazon last June.

With reference to the above subject matter, I would like to bring your notice that, I approached your Jayanagar Service Center on 26th December 2016.
I have purchased the MOTo G3 handset on 16th Jan 2016. Since the hand sent is in under warranty, I asked your people rectify the problem free of cost ( SiM slot No.1 Not working). But your staff refused to take my mobile and Your staff suggested me to submit the handset at service center and take it after 15 days under chargeable basis.
I asked them, If it is chargeable basis, repair it and return the handset within 2 days, but they not ready accept.
I am very much upset after Hearing such a vague answer from your staff. For changing SIM slot you need 15 days time in Metro city like Bengaluru. I myself raised following question in my mind.
1. Everybody cannot keep two Mobile handset. How anybody can be pass the long waited 15 days without the mobile ??
2. The service center people should have common sense before advising the customer for 15 days waiting period.
3. Why cannot you provide a Standby handset to customer, if your require 15 days time to repair the Hand set.
4. What about the other user of the Moto G handset, who are staying and using outside Bengaluru city. How fast you can service the handset ??
5. I never anticipated the such a poor service from Motorola
Please suggest me to solve the Mobile problem immediately.

I have a moto g4 mobile in 2 month old. I bay in Amazon.First month is mobile conditions is good but 2nd month slowly slowly mobile sea not good . charging problem and use one aware that time mobile is so hot why?

I have a Motorola Nexus6, there has been a issue with the display. Moment I try to call any no or on recieving any incoming call, the display switches off and have to till the call is completed to get the display back. Please suggest remedy or any nearby authorised service centre for rectification.

I perches the Moto g4 from Amazon in the date of 14 Aug 2016. This phone is always having lots of problems.like
Over heating. Pass are shaking. In control. Even switch off also .
Some time we have fear it may going to
