Many drivers are refusing to put on AC saying it is not applicable to Mini only applicable for sedan .
In the list of complaints in OLA app why OLA is not including this item so customer can raise this complaint. OIt seems OLA management itself avoiding this issue allowing customers to suffer .
This issue is mainly in Karnataka and Tamilnadu , Maharashtra is good , no complaint.

I booked ola auto ride to Butterfly trampoline park, hinjewadi,pune at around 5.15pm. after starting the Auto, driver denied to take us. So we got down at Morewadi near Magar stadium and tried to complete the ride. But it was not getting completed and driver was not able to finish the ride. Pls cancel that ride and deduct only charges to Morewadi which was around 105 rs. And also cancel my ola postpaid account.
Really disappointed with Ola. No customer care number to call. Pls call back on 9145779208.
