Can driver picked us up near 2pm from Airoli and dropped at virar station near 4:45 but he did not ended and continued the ride till 8pm due to which our bill has exceed from 700 to 1500 .

I frequently travel by Ola but of lately some drivers call and ask after getting OTP and cancel from their end as i have found out if they do not want togo then they say i will reach in 30 minutes as it is coming on the app two minutes away but these drivers wait to cancel themselves as they do not want to go that is why we should not be charged Rs200/- cancellation as they cancel it and do not want to proceed pease take action name Lancaster fernandes. cell 989783106 cell 9820783108 and cell 8779421340
