Sub: Issue in availing Bumper to bumper insurance from the Trivandrum service center.

This is regarding my experience from Nippon Toyota service center approached for body painting against insurance claim. During my insurance renewal they assured that all the body scratches would be cleared if I would go for a Bumper To Bumper insurance instead the normal. And I was persuaded to take the same after being brain washed from them. But my experience was different when I approached them for repainting as they were behaved indifferently and ridiculously. They asked me to take the vehicle myself to a different location near by Veli and they have neither guided me what to do. When I reached there in Veli service station, the personnel out there asked me to go back with the vehicle and asked to keep in kazhakoottam service center and told me that they would take the vehicle themselves next day to Veli. It was really an embarrassing situation I have experienced out from a genuine Toyota dealer and which was not supposed to be expected.
Again I have given my vehicle for repainting, anticipated I would be able to claim insurance since I have taken Bumper to Bumper insurance. But again I have got cheated by them rejecting the insurance claim. I have approached them asking the reason for the rejection of the claim several times . Till the date I haven’t got any reply out from the concerned authorities yet. I assume this is not the way that a Toyota authorized dealer should behave with their clients. The way they treated me being really ridiculous and I wish they offer better service for their clients as the brand ensures.
