Dear Sir,
We wish to inform that on 9.9.2017 we gave the Fortuner Vehicle No.TN 18 D 9595 to your service station for attending to the following work vide your Appointment and Walk Around Check Sheet .
1) To carry out 2,15,000 KM service
2) Front Wiper spray not working choke
The vehicle was taken in by Mr.K.Saravanan, Advisor.
He informed that he would call us on 9.9.2017 evening to give the estimate for Front Wiper non-functioning. But he did not call us on 9.9.2017. Subsequently it was informed that the vehicle will be ready within 3 days.
On 11.9.2017 Mr.Karthik, informed that the vehicle is ready for taking delivery.
When we checked up it was informed that they have not attended to the item of work-2 mentioned above ( Front wiper spray not working ).
On Tuesday (12.9.2017) we met the Manager Mr.Komanathan who said that the item of work (wiper problem) can be attended within half an hours. Ultimately the wiper problem was not attended to by your Service Personnel and we took delivery of the vehicle.
The irresponsible attitude of your service personnel towards a genuine client of Lanson Toyota who are associated with you long time
are reprehensible. There is absolutely no commitment from your service personnel that the client's complaints would be attended to as per the Check sheet, with the result the clients are put to lot of difficulties. We are not satisfied with the service rendered by Lanson Toyota Service Centre and please note that in future we will be taking our vehicle to some other service provider who will be doing a better service than Lanson Toyota.
