Hello,
We are sharing our experience about our first booking with BlaBlaCar.
We are giving negative rating to Gurpreet - because, after the confirmation - he had kept us waiting for around two hours & then cancelled the ride at 8pm - leaving us in trouble.
This was utterly ridiculous and non-professional attitude of Gurpreet.
The incidence had occurred yesterday (15-Nov-2023) - at Chandigarh in India.
Keeping this horrible experience in mind - we shall never opt again the BlaBla for our ride - & - shall spread our dissatisfaction in our circle - at least about Gurpreet - if not for BlaBla as a whole.

मैं आज सोमवार 15 जनवरी 9 बजे के आस पास मोदीपुरम फ्लाइओवर से एक
प्राइवेट कार में बैठा
और मोहननगर आकर उतरा इस कार में मेरा एक लाल काला रंग का थैला छूट गया जिसमे मेरा कुछ important समान, पैसे और एक जैकिट थी।
अब मुझे उस कार का number भी नही पता।
एक मेरठ के भाई ने उस कार को बुक भी किया हुआ था किसी app से,
पर कार वाले ने उसको पिक नही किया।
क्या वो भाई बता सकता है उस कार ड्राइवर की डिटेल।
मैं कार से मोहन नगर मेट्रो स्टेशन पर लगभग 10:30 am पर उतरा था।
