    Mai Rajesh kumar jha Surya vihar Pinto Park gwalior mp ka rahne wala hoon. main aur mere friend ne document + fee jma kiya. mera Application number IND 199647 Hain. Mere ghar me Connection install bhi kar diya gya hain leking gas line chaloo nahi kiya gya. mere ko problem samajh me nahi aa rahi hain. maine pay liya . Tab connection lagaya gya. mere pass reciept hain jo form mere ko diya gya tha. uske baad connection kiya gya. . aur wor log soon nahi rahe hai. mere kai logo ne connection liya. sabka lag gya .please help me . main kya karoon. bahoot disturbe hoon. please help me.

    Very Poor Services, New installation not done in 9 months by Kailash Mudliar:

    I had applied for new PNG connection at Indore in the month of March'22 and paid the initial amount, at the time of booking the connection the representative of the AGL has confirmed that the installation will be done within 90 days, 9 months have gone but still the installation is not done. When I call local AGL office first the don't pick by chance the call is picked the response is not proper, even the refund process is subtle.

    There is avantika gas line which is pass through my under water tank. Many time my family members call for cut the pipes but no action done until.plz do need full asap.because we can't use our water tank.

    Hello Team,

    I had requested for temporary disconnection of my gas connection to AGL Team. during the disconnection no any AGL team person contact with me and false bill shared with me but i had tried to contact with AGL team multiple time and sent email for bill description details no one ready to provide details. Request you please provide bill details so i can clear my bill

    of may for gas connection,but till date no connection, when I ring customer care no,they don't give satisfactory answer I am a senior citizen I can't do any running around.i am 80+

    This is in reference to my application no 230230002381, I have applied for a gas connection on 13/02/23 by paying full amount of Rs.5500 (as receipt of payment enclosed)
    After so many follow ups with concerned personnel of M/s Avantika Gas Limited / Avantika Gas authorised Contractors passed three months, we have not received any satisfactory reply for gas connection from any one .
    Even no work is started so far after 3months period.
    By this request letter kindly refund our full payment as we don’t interest in such unlimited time period.
