    New Connection not installed and advance amount not refunded by Deepak Varma Varma:

    I have applied for new connection at 164/364 EWS, Indira Nagar, Agar Road, Ujjain and have deposited Rs 5500/- vide application No. 182150 on dated 19.12.2020 in advance.
    After lapsed of 7 months your company failed to install the connection, thereafter I have applied to withdraw my application and refund of my advance amount on 19.07.2021.
    It is very shameful to your company that my advance not refunded back after lapsed of 7 months.
    I have so many times contacted to the company office at Ujjain by personally and also on phone but no response given.
    If you are a reputed company refund my advance amount along with compensation of Rs 10,000/- otherwise I will go to the Honorable Consumer Court and Social Media also.

    This is regarding Application Number 188102 in Gwalior. The registration form was filled by us in Apr 2021 and deposit of Rs. 500 was made. But since then the activity of installation has not been completed. Request you to please get it done at the earliest.

The payment receipts are not located in home page of AGL indore at internet.I try to customer login multiple times but login is not successful even by doing forget passward and new signup .I search the app and internet side the view bills , paybills etc but paid bills receipts. Please provide the payment receipts of till date to the registered mail id or to the above mail id.

    Dear team,
    I am kailash jain ,Form no- 224279,ON 18/6/22 the form is submitted by Ankit bhindore CODE-INDANKB1031 ,I check the status online of my PNG connection form but in MY PROFILE section there is mistake in ADDRESS and MAILID from AGL company side, I fill form correctly there no mistake from my side , i inform also MR.Ankit bhindore for correction but 1 month ago no correction take place till now, Mr bhindore is very irresponsible person,not attending the calls after sbmitting the form , i am very disappointed from his irresponsible behaviour.

    My humble request is please correct the correction in your records so that no one face any problem after installation of PNG,take action against him, very bad guy.

    In your AGL website customer login i saw incorrect address and mail id,please correct the changes.

    The complaint booking center is of no yie. No body picks up the phone. I have tried it for hours together. The company stops supply of gas without any pre information and as and when they they wish. We have suffered this twice in three months of time. They stopped gas supply at 9.30 am which is a peak time for office going people and kids school.

    Dear Sir,


    Please note that We have Domestic Gas Connection. We tried to call on your customer care no. so many times but there are no response.

    We are just 5 Persons Family. In previous months we just used 22 and 19 unit approx. But Suddenly the Unit is showing 77. Approx bills amount is 5122/- ( 14.10.2022 to 03.12.2022). Its very high amount, we never use that much gas.

    Please check our Meter reading or Bills issue or Meter fault urgently.
