After getting confirmation for hotel booking Cancellation from your end. Still amount has not been refunded to my card.
Although I have forwarded a mail to your registered id on 9.11.2017. Gist as as follows..
Dear team, this is to inform you that I had cancelled hotel booking at Guwahati reference I'd 1940009136. Reservation I'd HPB0888449. Request you please return amount of Rs. 1020/- to my Hdfc account.
