    Respected Sir
    I am sorry to say but I am not satisfied with my electricity meter .
    I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting against electricity consumption,I observed it for the last six months at my residence.So I request you to please change my meter
    Please rectify the meter so that I can pay the actual amount that I consume.Thanking you in anticipation
