Complaint Internet issue

    Dear Sir/Madam
    Myself Gowhar Gulshan From Chakoora Pulwama an Airtel Postpaid customer under mobile no 9906682815 sir since from last month 12 /10/2017 iam unable to use internet services on above no,
    Iam getting the internet icon on my mobile screen but unable to access it, when contacted Ur customer care at 121 they have registered a complaint on this no on date 30/10/17, and have assured me that it will work on 3rd of November but was shocked to inform that my complaint has been successfully resolved when I have checked it was as same as it was, then again hve called Ur customer care and hve registered a complaint again , this time I hve received a call from Ur back end team that issue has been resolved successfully when I hve checked it was disgusting to see it was still same, then again complaint but nothing has resolved yet on this no,
    I hve lost all hope now my final hope is on u , in case you too were unable to resolve it then I don't hve other choice to migrate this no into jio,
