    Dear Sir,

    I have purchase Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime Dual 32GB Gold (IMI.No.861112034883281) bearing Inv.No. 1720050024 Dtd.20.05.2017, but the same mobile found defective since last 2 weeks. So i have handed over the mobile to your Authorized Service Center Balasore(Odisha) Contact.No.9658354166 name. Mr.Jayant Babu, but the did not accept to repair in warranty basis. As per their statement that it is a Re Sale mobile & the date of warranty period already expire, But as per my purchasing date to till date is within 6 months is that within warranty period. So kindly advise me how can i gait the warranty. Otherwise i will go for legal matter.
