    Hi

    I have purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 mobile and on using it found out that the touch response of the phone is low in some areas of the screen.I have instantly raised a return request for which only the replacement option was available and no refund .So I have opted for the replacement and raised the request .its been one week now and even after continuous follow-ups through emails am yet to receive atleast an acknowledge from flipkart side .The replacement policy is for 10 days and its almost 6 days from purchase .I am sure now they are going to say that the date is over .

    I regret the purchase made through flipkart .This will be last purchase and I will never recommend anyone to use this fraud website who is looting money from customers .
