Complaint NON DELIVERY OF PACKAGE

    Dear sir,

    I booked a package from Surat on 22 September 2017. It was urgently required for my customer on 29 September 2017 evening. Till yesterday, the website was showing expected delivery date as 28 September 2017. But today (29 September 2017), no updates are available on the website.

    I am very much warried because of the urgency of the items required at Haldwani (Uttarakhand) today (29 September 2017), I choose blue dart keeping in view of your track record and brand name. But to my surprise the package was not delivered on the due date.

    I therefore request you to please :

    1. find out the cause of the delay and take suitable action against the personnel responsible for the delay.

    2. pay suitable compensation to me, as the package was required for some important function being held at Haldwani today (29 September 2017).

    Hope you will understand my problem and take prompt action to resolve the same.
