    Hi,

    my waybill no. is 34481153965. Consignment was not delivered to me nor was I given a call. Only sms came to me to track status and now I see that they have irresponsibly updated the status as consignee shifted to another address!! How can you do that? If I am not available at my address it doesn't mean I don't stay there. Delivery person didn't even call me to check. Moreover, I had called customer care specifically to ask to deliver my consignment at 8.30 pm and I was given assurance by the lady that this would happen. pl. check the recording of my call with your customer care on Sept 23rd. I clearly suspect a foul play here. I will file a police complaint and take legal action if my consignment is not delivered to me as per my availability.
