    Hlw sir my K no. is 120235005144.
    i have complaint about the meter reading which has been taken by avvnl employee. The last reading was taken on 15/08/2017 and the reading is on bill is 2542 units, but in real on today my meter shows reading 2543, how can it will be possible that after almost 1 month meter shows only on unit increase. It was happening from last month i have complained about this to jen office but they told me verbally about to take a action but till now there is no action performed. Your employees has arude behaviour when we have to complain to them about any situation they did not take any action properly. So please take a action immediately and please inform me also on my mail
