Complaint Not attending to Complaint

    Dear Sir
    I had purchased a full high definition LED TV (124 CM) FROM gREEN DUST MAPUSA GOA. THE TV WENT OFF WITHIN 7 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. BUT THEN IT WAS REPAIRED AND WAS GIVEN BACK AFTER ONE AND HALF MONTHS BY THE SERVICE CENTRE FROM MARGAO. BUT WITHIN A PERIOD OF THREE-FOUR MONTHS, THE TV WENT OFF. I COMPLAINED MANY TIMES. UR SERVICE CENTRE GAVE ME 8007740092 AS SERVICE CENTRE NUMBER, I CALLED THEM ...BUT THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME FAKE EXCUSES SINCE LAST THREE OR MORE MONTHS. I HAD COMPLAINES BEFORE GST REGIME. THEN THEY TOLD ME THt because of gst, the supply of spares is delayed, then since last one month they told me that the part has arrived and my tv will be repares soon. but so far nothing has happened. the concerned person is niether picking up my number nor is calling me back. my TV has been lying a box in my house since last three months or more. please do the needful so that my TV gets trepaired at the earliest.
