    Dear Sir\Mam,

    I am getting in touch with you for the Jeans which I bought from your Panipat showroom at Mittal Mega Mall in the month of June'2017. I bought this jeans for a discounted amount Rs. 2500 while the actual price was Rs 3299.

    After washing the Jeans, I found that there was some fitting problem which may be coz of shrinkage in the fabric and therefore I did return this Jeans to your Panipat showroom for the exchange of new Jeans. But to get the new Jeans from your showroom, it took almost 2-3 months time to exchange the product. Now the scenario is that your Panipat showroom calling me again and again and asking an additional amount of Rs 780/- for the exchanged jeans with them.

    As per my understanding, I did buy this product when there was an offer and for any exchange on purchased items, there should not be any extra charges and should be the same paid original amount.

    Also note that in last 2-3 months, I have seen sale of 40-50% as well but your Panipat showroom never gave me the product in that period even if it was an exchange for the default products.

    So I request you to pls instruct your panipat showroom to do not call me again and waive off this unnecessary extra amount they are asking from me now. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Also note that by mistake I have lost the original copy of the bill and only have bar code of last replaced item as attached.
