I "Pragam Kumar Srivastava" wish to complain against Victoryone Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. Sir, I have paid this booking amount 2,94,937.00 Rs to Victoryone Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd(Intellect Projects Pvt. Ltd) against Unit No."E-1704" at Tower no. "E" in Victoryone Central Project,Plot No.GH 02 /E,SECTOR-12,GREATER NOIDA DISTRICT GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR,U.P of . All such kinds of payments are paid by chaque and online transfer to account of Intellect Projects Pvt. Ltd in feb 2016 . Due to some critical circumstances i have cancelled at Apr 2016. After that builder have committed to return my booking amount with deduction of nominal charges but at the end they unable to return my booking amount. After this i have requested to CM home house @Gorakhnath Temple and give application regarding my refund amount from builder.@17-July-2017 I had gone to SP City office, Noida, here two application i have submitted one of SPCity and other is SSP. After that police team of Police Station ,Sec-71 ,Noida investigate and find that builder have shown extra charges approximately 4 Lakh at me. Then they told "something is going wrong, recheck all such things because booking date is Feb 2016 and cancel date is Apr 2016".Next round of police investigation builder told "sir, we are interested to give but we can give 1 Lakh others 2 Lakh broker have taken". Then next round of police investigation , broker have given photo copy of invoice only 34950.00 Rs have mentioned as Receivable brokerage then we (Police Team and Pragam) went to builder office and shows broker invoice then builder told"Compnay decided to give 1 Lakh rupees and you should promise never arise receivable brokage matter" after this i have signed a normal paper with confusing statement thats why police told "before receive this amount first verify the draft statement prepared by builder to us". Then i have called to builder and told "Please share draft content on my mail, as well as police team and broker will reach in your office " still they don't send. And @22-Aug-2017 my uncle and i both have gone to builder office and ask about this kind of activity as well as ask original document that i have given to builder, builder told"police have taken on that day".Sir, builder was telling lie because i had avavailable police didn't take any document from builder.Sir, why they are applying extra charges i have cancel this flat at 18-Apr-2016?.After this i have meet with lawyer and told "builder should return your money as mell as 1 lakh also when you will apply court case builder will refund your amount with interest rate ". Sir last day(@1-Sep-2017) i am getting complain number "15000170193215" and get your complain decision is finalized from you. Sir, still i haven't receive amount from builder. Sir, please verify it from police and help to refund my booking amount from builder. Sir, builder is cheating with me, they are showing 7-8 Lakh of expanses in only 3 months.
