Complaint BOB defunct services

    Dear Sir

    I have been an SB account holder with BOB, Nehrunagar Branch, Ahmedabad in the joint name of my wife Raksha Anil Parmar and myself Anil Himmatlal Parmar.

    Everything seems to have defunct so far as Bank of Baroda is concerned.

    It seems I have been trying to contact a bank in a remote planet of the universe.

    I am not in a position to contact Bank of Baroda, Nehrunagar Branch, Ahmedabad as it has been showing
    BUSY tone constantly which means the receiver has been put aside so no body can contact BOB.

    Even BOB Miss call balance is also showing switched off.

    I have my SB account in my wife RAKSHA ANIL PARMAR and my own name i.e. ANIL HIMMATLAL PARMAR being
    operated on E/O/S basis. From the said account Rs.281/- has been deducted as per the telephonic talk
    with MANEKBAUG BRANCH OF BOB because I have my SENIOR CITIZEN F.D. to the tune of Rs.15 lakhs is with
    Manekbaug branch and the amount of interest is deposited with BOB, Nehrunagar Branch.

    There is no response and gullible customers have to run from pillar to post. I am not keeping so good
    health to visit your branch every now and then because of ill health and also because of the very poor
    conditions of the roads in all areas of Ahmedabad.

    Sir, I write this to you as you take up the cause of the public. Please take up this issue in your channel and ensure that the gullible public has not to suffer.
