    Dear Sir,

    I Pranay Munigonda, bearing Mobile number 9494949333 and 9492949333. I was submit request for conversion of My Numbers from Postpaid to Prepaid on 30th August 2017 by visiting to Airtel Store in Sangareddy Town, Telangana. and also paid all outstanding amount said by store executive and submitted necessary documents. My services were stopped on 02.09.2017 at 11.00PM. to my existing SIM. But the Services are not resumed to my New sim till today. So I visited the Store in Sangareddy where I submitted my Application. But the store executives said careless response stating that We don't know when it will activated. and they are not in aware of the aprox time to activate my number. But they are replying in proper way to customer we are not responsible for the activation. My Number is enrolled with banking transaction so I am not able to receive the OTP right now so its causing very trouble to my Daily Transaction for some my Payments with Banks.
    Please instruct the People to take necessary action to resume ASAP. and train your people to give proper response with Airtel Store Franchisee guys.
