    Greetings Admin,

    I have a query regarding a procedure to correct/rectify my name on my passport. My First and last name got swapped. E.g. it is Lalsiamthara Jonathan, while it should be Jonathan Lalsiamthara. What may be the formal process to rectify this issue? To change from Lalsiamthara Jonathan to Jonathan Lalsiamthara. As many online and automated services cause me problems while filling up the forms in regards to surname/last name.
