I got a call from your agent in Panjim at 2.50 pm saying that my parcel had arrived. I asked him to contact the Don Bosco school Office, Panjim and I who had been out rushed to get the parcel. But no sign at all. I had even said that it was urgent when he said the parcel will be delivered on Monday.
I had received the call from the following number (09742261273) which would not later receive my call.
I am disappointed with your service of which you boast so much.
