I have made a payment of Rs.899/- on 23.01.17 towards subscription upto 31.03.2018. For the last 2 - 3 days I am not receiving the Hindustan Times news paper. Copy of bank statement attached. The vendor has already took my coupons for the entire period. The vendor insist for GST/Service charge of Rs.20/- per month. There are more than 250 residents are staying in my locality. Please take initiate appropriate action against the vendor. Our area/locality address is as follows :-
