Dear Sir Madam,
Two days back i insured (Paid Cash Rs.16300/-) my car in one of your agent in Ramapuram petrol bunk Chennai and i got insurance policy documents by mail on same day, afterwards yesterday i verified with MEGMA customer care service and they've told that as this policy number is not matching with my registration number and name, then it has comes to know that your agent did forgery. Hence from your side i need cash and in written letter head about your mistakes by today itself because yesterday i handed over the duplicate policy in RTO office for car FC purpose,if it will get delay i have planned to register the complaint in police station.
