Complaint TV PROBLEM

    I had registered my complaint with CROMA Kothrud shop on 23/07/2017. I was told the technician would visit me within 48 hours. On 26/07/2017 when no call was received from service staff, I called-up your number twice (3.30 pm & again at 7.30 pm) only to be told my case was upgraded to Priority. I have also given my contact number 8149068581 and am now awaiting a call & your person. Why this delay
