All airlines issue baggage tags , how come another passenger take another passengers luggage -why issue baggage tag- what is tole of ground staff -the great inconvenience caused to passenger in delay of returning his /her own baggage -how will airlines compensate for inconvenience; my family travelling on 25 july 2017 rchng del 26 from usa -Abu Dhabi- delhi by Etihad EV 0130 AND EY 0218 -at DELHI airport found that their one luggage taken by another passenger -hw come this happened -that too world is facing problems;;whatb is use of luggage tag ground staff --the inconvenience --;;HW WILL AIRPORT AUTHORITY/SECURITY LAPSE REACT TO SUCH NEGLIGENCE --for details drfiazfazili@gmail.com
