Complaint Non display of flight status

I went T3 terminal on 27th Jun to pick up a passenger coming from Mumbai with STA 9.15 pm by jet flight 9w 309. The flight status board was not displaying any status of the flight. The flight finally landed after 1 and qr hour late. I am a senior citizen and you can understand the mental agony of the person at airport without any information. Kindly look into the lapse of not showing the status.
