Dear Authority's,

Today I went 10am to sbi gopal nagar, nagpur branch for making DD. On counter no. 3 submitted the counterslip with token ND7. The lady officer charged me 25 Rs as commission and send to person for print. The person said printer person is absent so your work will done on eve. 5pm. Now i request him its urgent and i can wait. He replied very very arogently its not possible Otherwise you can go to somewhere else. I again request to cancelled the process to that lady, she said canellation take longer process come at 12pm.
I just say her"madam if you tell me this before charging amount, i will not waste my time here". She again argued and said this is not my job.
This feel me like a trapped...

Now my dear authority's please take a note of my complaints as belows......
1- Why your officers not polite with client atleast in morning when just you opned bank..is this your service????
2- Why your officers not aware with their colegue atleast daily. Is this your service??
3- Why your Branch Manager not intrested to resolved the issues
.. Is this your service????
4- Why your officers not give proper and simple information before process if any technical problems with them... Is this your service...
All 4 points are very simple but your officers make it hopeless and bad suffering experience about SBI. I just imagine,, how much suffering of other peoples.

My request you to please take serious action against that lady of counter no. 3 and that person sitted beside her. Otherwise announced that you also hopeless like that lady...
