Complaint Poor (no class) service

    I had purchased bed sheet set from you appx. 2-month ago with free carpet but carpet is in very very bad condition so I call you for the same and he told me this problem do not resolve from our side taken by our back team(why??) finnaly receive a call from your side after 5 days and told me no any responsibility on free products like I begged, when I placed order your executive told me that if you are not satisfy we are refund your money.

    But your back team told me no refund available so I irritate and discontinue call.

    Next day I received a call from bludart for retutrn diffective material and after two days on 27/05/17 carpet handed over to courier person but till date no one call to me for replacement and no any new material received by me so that today i call your customer care and I shoked that no any update for return parcel in your system.

    So my question is what is your service???

    And every time your executive told me this is your fault not our like I am free person for whole day and waiting for your call and reply.

    Sirji I also a Goverment servent and my schedule are very busy.

    So last time I request you to if any action are possible for the same please do it otherwise I knock to consumer forum.
