    I had purchased the Samsung Tab 3 T211 from you in the month of February or march, 2014. I wish to inform you that i have lost my aforesaid Tab on 04.10.2014 alongwith original bill. You are hereby requested to kindly provide us the duplicate Bill. So that i may take the appropriate action.
