    Dear Team,

    Please check attached invoice and Job sheet copy.
    I have bought LE TV_Model no 509 on 27.05.2016 but it seems handset had battery issue since beginning.

    I have submitted phone to your service centre before completion of its accessory warranty period which is six months. Service centre kept phone for 1 month with them and returned to me without providing proper resolution.

    Again I have submitted phone to same service provider on 5.5.2017 and phone is continue to give same issue. Now service centre has asked to me bear battery charges Rs.1800/- but they failed to identify bug at initial level only.

    Now again its been a month again and I am waiting for proper resolution.

    Service centre kept my phone with them for more than 2 months in a year which is terrible.

    First of all, Service centre is failed to identify issue at first level and deliberately asking me to pay battery charges as have crossed warranty period. Service centre has consumed important 2 months of warranty period.

    I am not going to bear any charges as fault is made by Service centre officials.

    Requesting you to take care of this and provide handset which should be in working condition without anymore delay and extend my warranty period.

    STOP SELLING FAULTY HANDSETS.
